Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Families can enjoy many summer activities. Bike trails are nearby. Large families and groups can enjoy a comfortable stay in this spacious home. Guests can access the community pool between Memorial Day to Labor Day weekend seasonally. Kitchen has necessary equipments The space House has 5 bedrooms , large common area for everyone to gather. Perfect for large families. Guest access guests can access the entire home and community pool. Pool opened between Memorial Day through Labor Day weekend. It is subject to HOA rules. Other things to note We do not provide linens and towels but there are multiple third party pay services in the area, which can provide both for your stay with extra cost. No parties allowed. All guests are required to follow the HOA rules. No pets allowed. Boat parking is not allowed within the community per HOA rules. Damage to the property or neighborhood property will be penalized. Grill will need to cleaned after each use. If excessive dirty , we may charge you.
