The Lodge at the C Diamond C Ranch is a 2000sq/f great room with a bar, pool table, 65' flat-screen for movies or internet and ping pong table located on a beautiful 100 acre ranches. The Lodge has a 6 bedroom ranch style bunkhouse with two bathrooms and 4 showers. Primary renter must be 25years old or older. To insure the safety of our guests, here are some of the things we are doing: • After a thorough cleaning, the home is sanitized using a CDC recommended sanitizer. All areas that were potentially touched by prior guests are sanitized including, doorknobs, keys, kitchen counters, tables, remotes, light switches, faucets handles, etc. • Ventilation of rooms and home while cleaning. •All linens, including bedspreads and blankets, are hot water washed after every stay. It has three bedrooms on the left and three on the right. The Lodge/bunkhouse is one of two living structures on the ranch that is available for rental. Search my other listings to view our headquarters Cabin at the C Diamond C Ranch. Guests are welcome to hike or catch and release fish in the stream near the lodge. We ask that guests do not cross any perimeter or cross fences. This is a real working ranch so there may be livestock and wildlife on the property. Guests MUST stay away from horses and livestock at all times and absolutely no swimming in the pond. Please leave gates as you find them either open or closed. The best access for the guest is the area around the creek. there is limited space to walk around the bunkhouse but there are a few maintenance items and rubbish piles in process of being removed that guests should avoid. We have an off-site manager that will be available throughout your stay for any emergencies. The ranch is surrounded with some of the largest private ranches in the country. You feel like you are in the old west but with the comforts and of today! The Ranch is located directly between Angel Fire and Red River making it about a 20-minute drive to either town/ ski resort. We are 5 minutes from the town of Eagle nest. please note that the primary renter must be 25 years old or older. thank you
