Just 1 mile from the bustling Stonington Village and a quick drive to anywhere on Deer Isle. The home has dedicated workspaces in each bedroom, a gigantic, fully-equipped kitchen and is spacious and peaceful. The space The master bedroom, kitchen and living room face Allen Cove to the south with views of Penobscot Bay to the west. The second bedroom is in the back of the home. Other things to note There is no cable. The TV is compatible with streaming devices. There is a Firestick. There are also plenty of DVD’s. If you find that there is something broken or not functioning properly, please notify me and take a time stamped photo. The lawn is serviced biweekly during the spring and summer and utilities are managed as needed. Please note these may occur during your stay. We also have preventative pest maintenance monthly. Please keep pets and toddlers away from the foundation perimeter and property perimeter for 2 hours after treatment
