This lovely studio apartment is located just walking distance to White Rock Lake and the Arboretum Botanical Garden. It’s a perfect small cozy stay to enjoy the city with everything being so close. The studio comes with all the essential amenities you need, a queen-size bed, smart TV, WIFI, full renovated kitchen, washer & dryer and your own parking with private entrance to the property. The studio offers a 5-stage drinking water purifier that provides the fresh tasting water called BlueWater. The space Cozy outdoor balcony ideal for a morning coffee or evening glass of wine to relax after a busy day. Studio apartment is on the second floor, which you'll access through some stairs from the outside on the left side. The studio has a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. We also offer some complimentary coffee, some condiments, cooking oil, etc. if there is anything else needed during your stay we most likely have it at home so don’t hesitate to ask. Guest access Private entrance with parking. Please read full check-in instructions when I send over a day before your arrival. No check-in access through the front of the main house.
