The Villa São Tiago building was designed to ensure maximum comfort for our guests. The owner envisioned this space as a true cozy retreat in the heart of Funchal. The location is privileged: just a 2-minute walk from Barreirinha Beach and several restaurants, and 5 minutes from the famous Old Town, where you’ll find a wide variety of local shops and cultural venues. There are also supermarkets and local stores nearby, ideal for your daily needs. The space Villa São Tiago - Apartment A has high speed internet. Guest access In this lovely apartment our guests will also find space to store their belongings. Apartment A is located on the ground floor of the building. The prices displayed are generally standard, but may be subject to variation depending on the time of year. To ensure the most accurate prices, we kindly request that you select your stay dates on the calendar provided. For all bookings with check-in after the operational period there is an additional cost of 40€ (payable at check-in / cash). Private Parking Information: Private parking is available at a location nearby. Reservations are mandatory and must be made in advance and upon availability (before the arrival day). The daily parking cost is 10€ per day. As it is a public car park, it is closed from 12:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. from Sunday to Thursday, and from 3:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. For our guests’ convenience, we provide a remote control that allows entry and exit at any time, even during hours when the car park is closed to the general public. By booking parking with us, you will receive both the access card and the remote control, ensuring uninterrupted access without time restrictions. Both the parking card and the remote control must be returned along with the apartment keys at check-out. A €25 fee will be charged if they are not returned on time. City Hall Fee: 2€ per guest, per night, to be paid by bank transfer before the day of check-in. Please note that all bookings from October 2024 onwards will be subject to this fee.
