The space The Driftwood Inn is a custom-designed, fully renovated houseboat docked at Lansing Harbor on Cayuga Lake. This is set up like a studio apartment. The bedroom area has a queen bed. The living area has a sofa bed for a third guest. The kitchenette has a cooktop, microwave, efficiency fridge, and Keurig. There's a TV and WiFi throughout. The entire space is yours. The houseboat sits right in the marina with harbor views from the windows. You're steps from the water on all sides. In the morning, it's quiet; during the day, there's the gentle rhythm of a working marina around you. It's a genuinely different way to stay somewhere, and guests who try it tend to come back. The bathroom has a marine toilet. There are two newly renovated covered outdoor showers, along with a shower and toilet, steps away from the houseboat. Additional showers, toilets, and laundry are in the main marina building, a short, easy walk from the dock. Guest access There is a grill, a fire pit, and picnic tables for all houseboat guests to enjoy. The Marina has a long dock that extends into the lake, perfect for sunsets and swimming. PLEASE No Diving! Other things to note The bathroom has a marine toilet. Full showers, restrooms, and coin-operated laundry are in the main marina building — a short walk from the dock. Two new outdoor showers, an indoor shower, and a toilet are located just steps from the dock. Pets are welcome aboard the Driftwood Inn. Myers Park is directly next door: swimming, paddleboarding, fishing, volleyball, and more. Pontoon boat rentals are available through the marina. Book in advance for July and August. The houseboat is docked at Lansing Harbor — please do not attempt to operate or move the vessel. Available April 1 through October 31. This is a non-smoking property indoors. Checkout is at 10:00 AM.
