Beautifully decorated with mid-century pieces, our unit offers a large bedroom, open living room & kitchen, a full bath. Conveniently located within a 15min drive to most tourists attractions: Balboa Park/ Downtown/ Coronado/ SeaWorld. Quick fwy access Sorry but we can’t accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. The space Our unit is tastefully decorated with a mix of mid-century pieces and modern amenities. The large bedroom offers a queen size bed with a memory foam mattress and bedding of made of 100% cotton. It also offers an open-closet concept, a dresser, a super comfortable arm chair for reading or relaxation next to the window. In the living room you’ll find a comfortable coach for relaxing and watching TV. The bathroom has a handheld shower head, extra fluffy towels, shampoo, shower gel & hair dryer. The kitchen is stocked with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, pots, pans, utensils, plates, wine glasses, etc. You may have a hard time preparing a full on holiday dinner, but cooking basic meals are not a problem in this kitchen. AMENITIES AC, high-speed WiFi. 50 inch Smart TV. Included are a coffee maker, a French press, organic coffee, and essential condiments (sugar, salt, pepper, etc.) Washer & Dryer on-site. Guest access Driveway access. Park your vehicle on the driveway and enter through PRIVATE SIDE GATE directly in & out of our guest unit. Note: Our guest unit is attached to another structure, but completely separate from the main house.
