We are a clean, quiet married couple looking for a roommate to rent our furnished second bedroom in a 2br/1ba unit. We are AirBnB'ing it until we find our permanent roommate, maybe it can be you :-) The room is furnished with a clean, queen bed, a desk and a mini-fridge! The space Update: We just got a new gazebo and created a really nice outdoor space to enjoy this summer!!! Check out the pic. My house is actually a converted church, so it looks like a little old abandoned building on the outside, but it is very modern and remodeled on the inside. In fact, we are the first people to live in it after having been remodeled, so everything is brand new, appliances, counters etc... We have a lot of cool gadgets around the house, such as a robot vacuum who we have named "Rosa" she vacuums at 4PM every day, and if you leave your door open, she will vacuum your room too! Or if you put her in the kitchen, she will vacuum there as well. My husband is a professional chef so we have absolutely everything you need if you love to cook. I also have some cool cooking gadgets like a smart Sous Vide device that is a completely idiot-proof way to slow cook the best meat you have ever tasted! We also have an ice-maker and a toaster oven... We do not have a coffee machine, but we do have a pour-over device, which I think makes better coffee anyway. We also have bottled water delivered and we have an on-demand hot and cold water dispenser, so there is always purified, bottled water nice and hot or nice and cold at your fingertips :-) Guest access You will have access to the kitchen and bathroom, as well as my patio set outside which seats 8 and has 3 large gas heaters, a grill and an umbrella. I set my listing as "not suitable for parties" but if you do want to have some guests over, let me know and I am sure we can set it up :-) The kitchen/breakfast nook seats about 6 people comfortably as well... During your stay I work a lot, but I am in and out of the house if you need something :-) Other things to note While I technically can't list this house as "accessible", I can tell you that there are only 2 stair steps between you and the kitchen/bathroom level and 2 more to get to sidewalk level. This is perfect if you have limited mobility and are worried about tackling too many steps.
