Harveys Lake/15 min to Ricketts Glen/beach passes

We are a family of 3...our son is 18 years old. We also have 2 dogs and a cat. Our house is 2640 square feet, with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, 2 private decks and 1 shared deck. Our property is located in a quiet, wooded area, perfect for nature lovers! You may even meet our favorite deer family ! We are located close to Ricketts Glen (15 mins to lower trail and 30 mins to upper trail). We are approximately 1/2 mile from Harveys Lake, which is perfect for kayaking. The space From June to September, we will be offering complimentary beach passes to Sunset Beach (at Harveys Lake). Feel free to bring a floating device so you can just float around and enjoy the lake, a folding chair to suntan, and of course, a swimsuit, towel and sunscreen. The beach includes a sandy area, a small playground for young children, a covered pavilion ( where you can enjoy a picnic lunch or pizza from Grotto Pizza- located across the street), a restroom (open when a lifeguard is present). Guest access Guests may use the kitchen and living room (shared spaces). We also have a bbq grill if guests would like to use it. Shoes must be removed when entering the house and taken to your room. Guests are welcome to wear slippers, as long as they have no outside dirt. Please let host know your ETA upon booking. We understand that things happen but it's nice to have an idea so I can send check in instructions if necessary. During your stay We are usually available. Other things to note Guests will have use of a shared living room and shared kitchen. Please note that there will be a $10.00 fee per laundry load for the use of the washer and dryer. Please note that after 9 pm is quiet time. Please be mindful of the hosts and other guests-no loud conversations, no door slamming, no loud videos/music, etc. , please. You may have a bonfire, but please let hosts know ahead of time. For $15.00, we will provide you with a large bundle of wood to burn. Use of the Internet: Illegal downloading of copyrighted material, and online file sharing of copyrighted material, is against the law. If you allow your computer/device to illegally download or distribute copyrighted material, you can face civil law suits from the Recording Industry of America and/or The Motion Picture Association of America for downloading copyrighted content. In extreme cases, you can be charged with a crime and face fines and/or jail time. If we are informed by our Internet service provider that any illegal downloads occurred while you are a guest in our home, you will be liable for all fees incurred as a result. Your name and contact information that we have will also be made available to the Internet service provider if they wish to contact you regarding illegal downloads.” ADDITIONAL NOTE: THERE ARE A CAT AND 2 DOGS THAT LIVE AT THE RESIDENCE. THEY DON'T GO IN THE GUEST ROOM; HOWEVER, IF YOU HAVE A SEVERE ALLERGY, THIS MAY CAUSE AN ISSUE.
