Beautiful, one bedroom at the beach! Across the street from the beach, restaurants, subway, ferry, express bus to Manhattan. Apartment with a full kitchen appliances. etc. Go to bed and wake up to the sound of the waves. Free parking lot across the street. Looking to rent it from around November 3, 2024 to May 3, 2025 3 month minimum rental All utilities are included, heat, electric, internet and gas. If possible to would like to meet at the apartment before renting. Absolutely NO smoking! Guest access Entire apartment Other things to note There is sometimes a cat here. I have had friends and guests here with the cat, and never had a problem. It is always cleaned and vacuumed before a new arrival. But do want potential visitors to know that there is sometimes a cat here, as I know some have severe allergies. (Not when renting it of course) No Smoking! Thanks
