This is the entire middle condo in the building of 3 condos. One is above our condo & one is below us. Wonderful beachfront living and panoramic ocean views in one of the most charming L.A. Beach towns. Mornings are peaceful, sitting on the deck and watching the dolphins and surfers. Walk or ride bikes on the The Strand for miles, or go straight to the beach. The condo is walkable to everything in Downtown Manhattan Beach. Surf, run, dine, and shop-everything is right outside. Our condo is on the beach. It is located on The Strand, a dedicated bike and walking path that follows the beach for miles. We have 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and an open kitchen/dining and living room and deck that looks directly out to ocean and the Manhattan Beach Pier. The living room has a gas fireplace, and doors that open out to the deck. The kitchen is fully equipped and has stainless steel appliances, counter seating and a dining room with a window seat. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and adjoining bath with double shower. The second bedroom is cozy with a queen sized bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. The second bathroom is spacious with a large shower. Added comforts include a laundry room, garage parking, and a closet filled with various beach items for your use. We have Strand bikes. To the entire condo and parking, one in the garage and one outside on driveway. Lower garage has strand bikes. I am always available by phone, text message and email. Manhattan Beach is a beautiful beach side community filled with charming boutiques, brand name stores, fine dining, surf shops, and so much more. Weekly farmers markets, a beautiful pier with a children’s hands-on aquarium, and easy access to the adjacent beach towns as well as Venice and Santa Monica, make this location hard to beat. Our condo is in the heart of Downtown Manhattan Beach, so virtually everything is walkable. You can drive to all local tourist destinations like Disneyland, and sports events are easily accessed.
