NYJA'S is a 4-plex residential complex centrally located at 522 Teagarden Rd. It is 1/4 mile from the beach in Gulfport Ms. Each unit has two completely furnished bedrooms with two full bathrooms, tiled flooring, refrigerator, stove, central heating & Air, & washer and dryer. *** Monthly rates are available. See below under (Other things to note for details)!!!!!! The space NYJA'S is enclosed by an 8 foot wrought iron privacy fence. It is surrounded by lush crepe myrtles trees, azaleas, and hibiscus plants. Guest access Unit A Other things to note Travel Nurses are welcome!!! (Each unit can accommodate two nurses) Short term options are available!!!! 30 days or more--$1,400/month for single occupancy. IF THERE ARE ADDITIONAL OCCUPANTS THE RATE WILL BE INCREASED BY $400.00 PER MONTH FOR SECOND OCCUPANT. Example..... Rate for 2 occupants is $1,800.00 per month. Security deposit is $300.00 and Cleaning Fee is $300.00. The cleaning fee is non refundable.
