We can add one or two more mattresses if extra guests come. If more than 4 people, we are happy to add two more mattresses. Just blocks away from University of Washington, popular and upscale U Village Shopping Center, UW Medical Center, Roosevelt Clinic Center, Children's Hospital, Seattle Cancer Care Alliance, Kaplan Test Prep Center, Magnuson Park; Lake Washington; easy walk to: PCC Natural Market, Metropolitan Market, Burke-Gilman Trail & multiple bus routes to downtown Seattle; easy 5 minute drive to I-5. there are beautiful sunset views in the evening, as well as views of Mt. Rainer, Lake Washington, the Cascades, & Mt. Baker on clear days as you walk through lovely residential neighborhoods.and quick transit to downtown Seattle! Easy access to I-5 and the 520 bridge for a quick commute to the East Side (Redmond, Bellevue, Kirkland, et cetera). The address is near NE 47th street and Ravenna Ave. NE, Seattle, WA 98105. Activities: swimming & hiking at 350 acre Magnuson Park with its mile long stretch of Lake Washington shoreline; boating on 22 mile long Lake Washington (sail boat & kayak rentals available at Magnuson Park); walking & biking along 27 mile Burke Gilman Trail with biking/walking trail access to Magnuson Park, University Village Shopping Center; University of Washington campus & hospital; Children's Hospital; shopping & restaurants in Wallingford and Fremont neighborhoods. Guest access You can park on street or rent a garage parking space at a fee with remote control. $15 per day or $200 per month. Other things to note It is on the 4th floor no elevator but the climbing is easy. The owner will pay for the water, sewer, electricity and solid waste. The tenant use electricity judiciously. For long term guests, If the electricity usage is over $70/mo (over 28 days) for one guest or over $90 for two guests, the guests will pay the difference. This is the way that we do not casually waste energy. kids over 2 year old is counted as a guest. Please report the exact # of guest stating. It is $30 per night per additional occupant (after 2 reserved people) if no advance to us or $20 with notice in advance. The cleaning fee is only for washing the linens, making bed, vac and general dusting with no more than 3 hours. The tenants need to pay extra cleaning if more cleaning needs to be done based on $35 per hour. For monthly rental, due to its discounted rate than weekly or daily rental, tenants provide those consumable household items. Due to this is a large apt with 2 bathrooms, the $150 cleaning fee is based on regular cleaning including changing, washing and making beds, cleaning floor, bathroom, kitchen, windows and blinds. Usually very messy place takes at least longer hours of cleaning, then we need to charge extra cleaning based on $35 per hour. For multiple months stay, the guests need to pay the cleaning fee multiply the # of months. I stayed in a two bedrooms apt for one week, that host charged me $300 cleaning. Also If the carpet has some good visible size of stans of needs to be cleaned, it will be extra $125.. So please clean a little before you check out will help. Other requirement are the same as realtors’ standard lease such as clogging or light bulb change during tenancy are guests responsibility especially for long term guests. Because a large water heater is installed in each apt unit, when there are more than two people taking shower, should wait 30 min after the first or first two people finished showers.
