This place is great for passengers, pilots and flight attendants making layover in the airport. Located 16 min. from Atlanta Airport .Free transportation from/to Airport. If you are a smoker, this might not be the place for you and we will charge you $200 if the room is left Smokey * Noise Levels should be kept at a minimum and quiet time is at 10 pm. * No loud music, tv volumes need to kept at a considerate level. * We don’t prefer Constant in and outs after 10 pm. Please be mindful of this when booking. * Only guests on the reservation may stay in the home. No visitors or outside guest allowed. * You must be very cautious when eating in the rooms. Be sure to no leave food or trash in the room as you will be charged for extra cleaning. * Before leaving out for the day please ensure everything is switched off in the rooms. Tv, fan, etc. If rules are not followed and the host feels anyway uncomfortable with activities and in anyway unsafe, you will be asked to leave immediately. Free transportation to/from Harsftield Airport (optional, and check availability) THE SPACE: The room is located in a newly renovated family home in the second level, with other 2 Airbnb rooms being identified with the number 1 at the door. No TV has been included in the room so that the sound does not bother the other guests who come to sleep for hours on layovers at the airport. However, guests can watch TV in the living room or kitchen at a moderate volume that does not cause disturbances to those who are resting, after 10 pm. This room is featured with a 1 full size bed, clean sheets, desk table and reading lamp, Fast Free WiFi, towels and complimentary soap. Kitchen and living room are share with other guest. The kitchen is a beautiful space. With modern counter tops to enjoy a quick meal or nice cup of coffee., white cabinets, and stainless steal appliances. Fully loaded with microwave, stove top, fridge, pots, pans, plates, utensils, glassware and all other necessities to create a heart-warming experience. Cooking is allowed and everything needed for that is provided. The bathroom is a brand new space, shared with tub, and a beautiful tile floors and rugs. Shampoo, hair conditioner, hand soap & toilet paper are fully complimentary. Please be aware that we have a central heating for the entire house so the temperature must be setup in 65-68 degrees for hot weather and 70-72 degrees for cold weather. Luggage drop off allowed upon request for early check-in or late checkout and Free parking available on premises. Self check-in is available and you have 24/7 access via lock box to the house and your room. 24 hrs. survillance cameras around the property for your safe and security. During your stay My wife, son and I live on the basement home and we like to give our guests total privacy, but are available for any needs or question you may have.
