There is an elevator in the building and there is a shared coin laundry on the lower level floor. We provide housekeeping service on Wednesday once a week. Please be considerate and respect our housekeepers, who are cleaning many rooms each day. Please be sure to use the waste baskets for your used tissues and properly dispose of any feces, unwanted food, and similar items. If you do not, please be aware you will be charged a $100 clean up fee. The less our housekeepers have to handle the better it is for them and the many people they serve. Guest access Guests may also access the main part of the hotel to enjoy our free breakfast, free coffee machine, and other hotel services. Our hotel is 100% smoke-free (including e-cigarettes, marijuana, and incense) and we charge a minimum $300 Damage and Cleanup Fee to the card on file if we find evidence of smoking; no smoking of any kind is allowed in the room nor on the balconies to ensure that all our guests may enjoy a smoke-free environment.
