You'll be less than a mile east of the Pompano Beach Municipal Golf Course, three miles northeast of downtown Pompano Beach, and only 11 miles north of the heart of Fort Lauderdale. This condo is also mere minutes from excellent fishing and scuba diving, as well as great shopping and dining at Pompano Citi Centre (one mile west).
