Ethnic restaurants, diners, delis, bars, boutiques, gyms and yoga studios are less than five minutes away on Fourth and Third Avenues. Logistics: Guests will have full access to the living room and kitchen. The apartment is equipped with Wi-fi and cable TV. You will be sharing the common areas (including the bathroom) with another guest who is taking care of my cute, calm and very well-behaved border collie, Cornflower. The space is ideal for one person or a couple. Pet policy: Please feel free to bring your dog(s) if you have any as Cornflower gets along well with other dogs.
