New construction. 600 square foot, one bedroom, one full bathroom apartment with private entrance, spacious living room, breakfast nook and a fully equipped, modern kitchen. Lots of light. Warm and cozy. Kitchen has everything you need to cook for yourself. Depending on the time of year, there may be fruit/vegetables from our garden available for guests. The space It's new. It's bright. It's comfortable. One bedroom, 600 square foot apartment with private entrance. Bedroom has a new hardwood hickory floor. New queen sized bed. New linens. Two dressers and a closet that runs the length of the bedroom, plenty of room for all of your clothes. Good storage. Gourmet kitchen with everything you need to cook for yourself. Coffee machine, coffee bean grinder, as well as French press. Gas stovetop and oven. New stove hood with LED light and vent fan. Full size refrigerator. New bathroom with bidet (optional) and extra large, glass enclosed shower. Tankless water heater, so no issues with hot water. Super fast Frontier Fiber Wi-Fi connection. 50" Hisense 4k TV with DirecTV streaming, and Roku with Netflix. Short 1/2 mile flat walk to Sawdust festival. Downtown Laguna/Main Beach is another 1/2 mile walk from the Sawdust festival, also flat. You also have one driveway parking spot for the apartment, so there's always parking available for you. Guest access There is a little dining table with chairs outside the apartment where you can enjoy an outdoor meal 🥗🍝🥖, glass of wine🍷, or morning coffee ☕ in the sun 🌞🌞🌞. There is also a propane gas BBQ available for the apartment, and we have a washer & dryer in the garage that is available with advance notice. Other things to note Its a great place to stay. Great location, on a nice, peaceful, quiet street close to downtown Laguna. Its especially nice if you like to cook for yourself, with a brand new, modern, fully equipped kitchen. If you prefer to eat out, there are plenty of great restaurants (and bars) within a short 1 mile walk. It's approximately a half hour walk to downtown, and it's a flat, easy walk. There is also a hiking trail/fire road at the end of the street if you prefer walking through nature. The "Canyon Acres Loop trail" is a favorite of many hikers and dog walkers.
