Our guests have complete access to the whole apartment and deck ( grill is available just let us know ahead). There is a 58'' samsung 4k smart tv with Netflix, amazon prime, and HBO. High speed internet. There are 2 off street parking spots and more on street. Other things to note I would like to ask the guests to be respectful to our neighbors as their own.
