You’ll feel quite comfortable in this wonderfully relaxing and peaceful apartment. The space Once inside the second floor apartment you’ll find a King size, super comfortable bed, the most important detail! Also in the bedroom is a gorgeous non-working fireplace with beautiful mantle and Rookwood surround tile. Next, there’s a huge kitchen with every possible cooking tool you will need. Newly refinished original claw foot tub in the private, freshly painted bathroom. The central dining/living room is also well appointed with a dining table, sofa, huge windows to make the room bright during the daytime. Also in this area is the WiFi enabled TV, 100+ DVD collection and some of my absolute favorite artwork—including an original stained glass window. Guest access This apartment is in a very quiet and extremely well built two family home. Your entrance and the entire apartment is entirely separate from the other apartment. Each apartment even has its own separate furnace and central air conditioning. Nothing is shared between the two apartments. Other things to note Leave your shoes in the entry way to preserve the carpet-please!
