Nestled between SF and Capital. 10 minutes base

Home is in residential area. Very quite. Street parking right next to home. 40 minutes to capital and 45 to SF. 20 minutes to Napa and 10 minutes from air base. Room has small desk with chair. The space Room with private RR. The room has small desk and office chair. This room and restroom is opposite end of Master Bdrm. Room has TV, internet, Wifi. Kitchen access, laundry available, and fridge available. Nice quite backyard. Guest access Front door. Entry code will be provided upon confirmation of booking During your stay I am available for questions and assistance. Other things to note Quite time is very important to shared guests. Please be respectful in being in by 10PM unless of course you are working. No loud music or TV. Again, just want to ensure everyone is respectful to everyone schedule. I do Emergency placement for kids and ages typically are 12 to 14. All youths are super respectful and are in bed by 9:00pm. I do rapid testing on all prior to staying in the home. So I ask if in common areas, please wear your mask. We all want to be safe. No issues but want to ensure I am being respectfully transparent.
