Apartment: 3 bedrooms with double beds, and in the main one a sofa bed, all have minisplit and smart TV in each room. 2 full bathrooms, mini-split in all areas, dining room, fully equipped kitchen with all utensils, electric garage and laundry. Excellent location 2 minutes from restaurants, bars and Laguna Galleries. NO PETS ALLOWED To access the apartment you need to climb stairs as the apartment is on the upper floor.
