Note: Our home comfortably accommodates up to six adults. Families with children are welcome, up to a total of eight guests. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate groups of more than six adults. The space Our uniquely designed modern farmhouse offers a serene and comfortable retreat, blending thoughtful architecture with the natural beauty of the Catskills. Strategically placed windows create a passive cooling system, keeping the home pleasantly cool even on warm summer days. The vaulted ceiling fills the living room with natural light and fresh mountain air, while a grand fieldstone fireplace invites you to cozy up on chilly nights. Radiant floor heating adds warmth and comfort, making barefoot mornings a delight. The well-stocked kitchen has everything you need for quality cooking, whether you're preparing a family meal or a special dish. Start your day with a cup of coffee on the deck, where you can watch the first light of dawn rise over mist-covered valleys and mountains. In the evening, unwind with a drink under a sky filled with stars. The bridle path running through our property is perfect for a family hike any time of year. In winter, bring your cross-country skis (or rent a pair from Belleayre ski shops) and step right outside the basement door to start your adventure. Our driveway is well-maintained and plowed in the winter months, but a four-wheel or all-wheel-drive vehicle (or good snow tires) is necessary for safe access. Please note that there is no garage.
