It’s an apartment with 2 private entrances.. Access to the lake, waterfront a bbq all await you. Other things to note We live upstairs on the second and 3rd floors. You may hear us walking around. There are stairs to the apartment. Also, please know that the yard is a common space (shared with us) and occasionally we have our grandchildren (teenaged) drop by to access the seadoo and kayaks.
