We’re a small 1950s boutique motel in a tranquil setting just 1.5 miles outside of downtown Portsmouth and Kittery Foreside. Pull up and park directly in front of your room. Need some fresh Maine air? Just open the windows in your room, or get your fill while sitting outside on one of our private decks, by our outdoor pool (early June to mid Sept)) or in our grassy common area. Cabin is within a renovated 1950's boutique hotel that has a lot of charm (so we're told!) Guest access We are a boutique hotel with some common areas set up for our guests to enjoy. These include an outdoor salt water pool, grassy area, brick patio, gazebo, and outdoor breakfast seating area. We have a guest coin-operated laundry, free ice, drinks and snacks vending and breakfast.
