This comfortable 2 bedroom/1 bath apartment sits on a tree-lined street, located in the popular East Capitol Hill neighborhood, just minutes away from several parks, bars and restaurants. The space is the perfect refuge from the busy city scene, or a central hub as you take advantage of everything Denver has to offer. The space The apartment is equipped with lots of closet space, air conditioning, dish washer, TV and shared laundry. The spacious unit is perfect for couples and small families, pets are welcomed too. Denver Residential Rental License No 2022-BFN-0016812 Other things to note -Booking inquiries may be denied at host's discretion if they leave the space vacant for more than 3 consecutive days between bookings. -The laundry room is shared with all residents in the building. (The machines are pay per use through PayRange and/or coin operated.) -We do not provide streaming services with the TV. The internet is 1 GB. The router is not located in the unit. -We ask the guests that need to receive mail from USPS get a PO box. (You may receive UPS and Fed Ex packages.) -We provide pillows, bed sheets, towels and hangers for your convenience. We also supply one roll of toilet paper, some cleaning supplies, some hand soap, dish soap, dish detergent and a couple of trash bags to get you started for your month+stay. (We do not provide paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, or laundry detergent.) -There are four off street parking spots that are first come first served. The rest is street parking which is unmetered and without time limits. Street parking is pretty open during the day and tightens up at night.
