The private suite has a private patio, where you can enjoy the BBQ and views of the redwoods. Sorry no pets including service pets allowed. Upon arrival feel free to explore the 20-acre property, which is nestled between the redwoods and pigmy forest, and just a few miles from the town of Mendocino. There is a seating area by the pond, for stargazing and bird watching… And don’t be surprised if you hear an orchestra of frogs performing throughout the night. This 400 sq. ft. luxury bedroom/bathroom features a locally designed queen bed, desk, WiFi, a large living space, TV/DVD player, Nespresso maker, refrigerator, and microwave. Unwind in the master bathroom in the double-size Jacuzzi tub and separate steam shower, with aromatherapy. There are radiant heated floors throughout the space. From your private patio, walk straight past the "quaint cabin" to find a communal, outdoor picnic area, where you can roast marshmallows (for s’mores) at the fire pit, and relax on the double hammock. Parking is right in front of your private deck, where you'll see a sign reading "ESCAPE PARKING." The double doors will be unlocked, with a key for you in the door knob, and another one inside the room. We like to give our guests privacy. If we run into you outside we are happy to say hello, and answer any questions you may have. We’re available by text ... and our cleaner lives next door If you need anything. Just 3 miles from our place, you'll find the quaint village of Mendocino, and Big River Beach at the Pacific Ocean... with plenty of scenery and places to stop for a bite to eat or a cup of coffee. There's very limited public transportation in Mendocino (just an occasional bus to Ft. Bragg), but a variety of trails for hiking and biking.
