Only 45 minutes to Branson on the Missouri side and only a hop and skip (45 minutes) to the Historic Buffalo National River. Welcome to the gorgeous views of Arkansas while feeling right at home. The Ozark Farmhouse is a peaceful retreat, centrally located between Branson, Mo and The Buffalo River. There is ample room for your vehicle and trailer if your bringing your boat to the lake. Or perhaps your trail riding in the area, there’s plenty of room for parking your trailer. Easy drive to Branson, Table Rock Lake, Bull Shoals Lake, Buffalo River, Eureka Springs. The farmhouse is your private getaway from the hustle and bustle. The entire home is your home away from home. It’s equipped to accommodate 4 guests , kitchen with standard appliances, as well as crock pot, toaster, microwave, George Forman grill, and mini BBQ grill for the back patio. Pick up your charcoal in town with the rest of your groceries. We’ve recently poured a new spacious back patio to enjoy your morning coffee, midday cocktail, or the evening night cap. Outside of the main lawn, across the gravel drive to the north of the farm house, you’ll find 2 large oak trees with some seating. Some afternoons you might find Farmer Larry taking a rest under the trees. You are welcome to enjoy that seating area also, including the fire pit. We live here on the working farm. So if you need anything, please don’t hesitate to contact us. Our home is to the right as you come into the circle drive and your stay is the original rock farmhouse behind the rockwall. Feel free to park there by the hedges and enter your stay thru the gate at the rock wall. Please do not park in the yard. The newer, gravel drive needs to remain clear for farm equipment passage. We are out in the countryside away from the hustle and bustle. There are gas stations with food supplies, Dollar General, and a Subway approximately 5 min away. Lovely restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, etc back in town about 15 min away. Parking area is in front of the house, OUTSIDE of the hedge area. PLEASE do not park in the yard. Also the gravel drive needs to remain clear for passage of farm equipment.
