Easy access to the airport and major roadways and public transportation (MARTA) right outside gate. Our cozy townhouse is modern, chic, and comfortable. The townhouse is everything you're looking for and more with a modern style. The convenient location is an amazing plus! The space 1,200 sqft of space; 1 bedroom, 1.5 baths, living room, dining room, and gourmet kitchen. Large and plush queen sized mattress with extremely comfy bed. Everything amazing about Atlanta is in the palm of your hands at this property! Hosts dwell in property in private upstairs Master Suite. Be sure to check out the famous Beltline and enjoy the beautiful Atlanta scenery and fulfill your cravings with so many delicious options. If you're in the mood for fine dining, I would highly recommend Little Azio. Perfect for a classy lunch or dinner experience. If you're looking for a real night out with some good music and dancing, a really popular club in Atlanta is MJQ Concourse. Start your night off with a delicious dinner at one of the delicious City Restaurants then head out to the MJQ Concourse! It's open till 3am! An attraction I would recommend is the Georgia Aquarium. **Please note, after booking, all guests must submit their full name and birth date for a general background check.** Bedding: Bed 1: Queen Bed -The property is fully furnished and well appointed. The kitchen is stocked with a fridge, microwave, cookware, dishes, etc... -We supply a light breakfast of oatmeal. -The place is professionally cleaned before every stay with safe COVID 19 disinfection cleaning treatment, and comes with clean linens and towels, soaps, and everything else you'll need for a comfortable stay. **The home comes with linens, towels, soaps, etc...** **Payment** Because many people ask- I will let you know here: You 'submit a booking' which means you pay the full amount now. I do not get paid until after your arrival. There are no cash transactions and, unfortunately you may not put down a deposit. **Deposit** Airbnb does not charge the deposit at all unless there is a claim for damages after check-out. Guest access Guests Have access to all community amenities Other things to note NO SMOKING inside of our home. a $250 smokers fee will be charged without warning if cleaners arrive and find that a guest had been smoking inside. Please just don't smoke inside. Early check-in/ out (depending on availability) is $45 for up to 2 hours; a $45 fee for scheduled late checkout or early arrival will be added to your final bill once we’ve coordinated convenient timing. Unapproved Late check out fee of $75 will be added if cleaners arrive and you have not checked out. Also, Please list the appropriate amount of guests staying during your visit. Prior to your arrival our turnover specialist prepare the rooms exactly for the number of people that you’ve requested in your booking to stay.
