The vibe is spectacular and must be experienced in person to truly appreciate. The space The Space There is an awesome common area to chill & grill with friends/family while staring at the ocean. We have an excellent cleaning team that will guarantee the space will be SPARKLING CLEAN for your stay. This is hands down the nicest unit in this laid back 22 unit property right on the sand near Downtown Long Beach. Listen to the gentle crash of the waves from every room in the unit. The view is just as special as the eccentric decor. Functionally there are 2 bedrooms separated by the living room and kitchen. The unit offers 2 full bathrooms. The couch in the master also converts to a queen size bed. The master suite is the most spacious room in the apartment and you literally get a full view of the ocean from bed. This room also offers a TV so if you're not gazing at the water, you can catch up on your favorite shows. Netflix has never been so chill. The living room is cozy and offers enough space for a large group to enjoy a 55" TV with family/friends. ** Also a heads up the bathroom furthest away from the balcony the shower temperature is opposite. Turn to the cold for hot water and turn towards warm for cooler water** Guests will feel right at home with a assortment of snacks and drinks. **DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE AT ALL** **NON-SMOKING UNIT** **THERE WILL BE A $500.00 CHARGE IF SOMEONE SMOKES IN THE UNIT** **NO PETS WHATSOEVER** DO NOT RESERVE THIS APARTMENT - If you have any reviews about you or your guests smoking, partying, leaving a mess, using the apartment for clients, not following host rules, and/or damaging the apartment.
