You will enjoy a large terrace protected by mosquito nets and a pleasant garden. We are close to USF, 15 minutes from Bush garden, the zoo and downtown Tampa, close to restaurants and bars 40 minutes from the first immaculate white beaches. 1 hour from Disney parks. 20 minutes from the airport The space This beautiful, air-conditioned brick house was tastefully renovated in 2018 by a French couple who love Tampa Bay for its gentle way of life. The master shower was renovated in September 2020. Our welcoming 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home, thoughtfully designed for relaxation and comfort. You will be greeted by a beautifully appointed living room, designed for relaxation and entertaining. Sink into plush sofas, relax with your favorite shows on the big screen TV, or simply enjoy the company of loved ones in this welcoming space. Enjoy the culinary delights of our fully equipped kitchen. Start your day with a delicious breakfast, setting the tone for memorable times at our welcoming retreat. Gather around the 8-seat table for a delicious meal and engaging conversations. The master bedroom has a plush king size bed, TV, ceiling fan, large walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a king size bed, ceiling fan, TV, luggage rack, closet with safe and a bathroom to share with the 3rd bedroom . The third bedroom has 2 double beds, ceiling fan, closet, ensuring a restful night's sleep for all travelers. The shared bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, toilet bowl, modern amenities and fresh towels, providing a refreshing start to the day. The adjoining bathroom is equipped with stand-up showers, a sink and a toilet bowl. All bathrooms have hairdryers. The laundry room, accessible through the garage, has a washing machine and dryer.
