Enjoy beautiful views all the way up and down the coast from the oceanfront balcony. The unit has a kitchen, queen sleeper sofa, dining table, counter with bar stools and a smart TV The bedroom offers a king size bed with private door and wall mounted TV. Guest access You will have access to all the resort amenities. Enjoy the outdoor, oceanfront pool and spa or maybe you would prefer the indoor pool and spa. Grass area overlooking the beautiful Atlantic Ocean with tables, chairs and lounge chairs. Coin/app operated laundry facility on site. On site convenience store to pick up a snack, sunscreen, beach toy or something you may have forgotten. Other things to note This is a privately owned condo. Please respect our home and leave it like you found it. Key codes to access building and unit will be provided prior to check in. No need to stop in the lobby when you arrive. Pull into the carport and unload. Carts available near carport. Parking garage is directly across the street. One parking pass provided per unit. Parking pass will be in the unit at check in. Please ensure you park in the garage, parking in other lots will result in the car being towed, at the owners expense. Unit is fully furnished and equipped with basic kitchen utensils/equipment: Keurig coffee pot, blender, toaster, microwave, pot & pans, plates, bowls, mugs, glasses, silverware, and various kitchen utensils. Other items in unit: Hairdryer, iron/ironing board, luggage rack, hangers, 2 beach chairs and beach umbrella. No daily cleaning service. Bed linens, bath towels, kitchen towels, dish soap and dish sponge are provided at the beginning of your stay. 1 roll of paper towels, 2 rolls of TP, travel size shampoo and bar soap will get you started. Beach towels are not provided. Please do not take bath towels to the beach. On site Shine Pay app/coin-operated laundromat is available downstairs.
