The two master bedrooms provide a much needed respite from the busy life that you have come to the Keys to escape from. The first private master bedroom and bath are located on one side of the living room, and the remaining 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are accessed from the opposite side of the main living area. The kitchen is open and comfortable to cook in with stainless steel appliances, quartz counter tops, stainless steel range, dishwasher, and a large sliding glass door with Juliet balcony. This canal front home comes with all the amenities you would need or want, including a generous 65-inch flat screen HD television in the living room, an outdoor gas grill, cable television and high speed wireless internet. The Property: The expansive pool can be viewed and accessed from the second-floor staircase, or through the carport to the backyard. Once by the pool, you will find conversational, cushioned seating for 8, lounge chairs for 2, 4 pool side chairs, and table seating for 6! Due to additional cleaning requirements imposed by the state and county we have had to change our checkout time to 9:00 to give our cleaning staff additional time to clean the house and follow the procedures set by the CDC. The new restrictions also require that there be no interaction between guests and the staff, so check in time is 4:00 and we ask that you do not arrive before 4:00 to allow our staff to complete their jobs and depart before you arrive.
