The 5,500 sq ft house accommodates up to 16 guests in 6 bedrooms (8 beds) featuring king-size beds and comfortable memory foam mattresses and 2 pull out sofas. Entertainment options abound with a poker room, game room with PS5 and pool table, and living areas with large smart TVs and Chromecast. The gourmet kitchen is outfitted with high-end stainless steel appliances and fully stocked with all the necessary cooking gear. Outdoor living is enhanced with a kitchen, dishwasher and beverage fridge, a seven-person hot tub, and a cozy fire pit area. A beautiful 20x40 pool maintained at a comfortable 80°F, and is 3' to 6' deep. Nestled in the serenity of our beautifully landscaped backyard, the inground pool is crowned by a captivating waterfall, creating a tranquil oasis for relaxation and rejuvenation. This stunning feature pours crystal-clear water gracefully, adding a soothing soundtrack of cascading sounds that enhances the peaceful ambiance. Step outside onto the expansive deck to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail in the fresh mountain air, taking in the panoramic vistas. The outdoor area is equipped with a grill for delightful home-cooked meals and a hot tub, perfect for relaxing under the starlit sky. HOUSE RULES Minimum Stays: Please note that we require a minimum of two nights for weekend stays and three nights for midweek bookings. Saturday: please be aware that we do not schedule changeovers on Saturdays to ensure the smooth management of our property. Occupancy: Our home comfortably accommodates up to 16 guests. To maintain the quality of your stay, we kindly request that no additional day guests be invited. Age Requirements: Guests should be at least 28 years old unless accompanied by family members. This helps us ensure a responsible and enjoyable experience for all. Pet Policy: We welcome your furry friends! Please contact our property manager for approval before your stay. A fee of $200 per pet will apply. Security Measures: For the safety and security of our guests, we operate a front-facing camera and a camera facing the front yard. Rental Agreement: A copy of our rental agreement will be sent to you to sign electronically. This agreement outlines all terms and conditions to ensure a mutual understanding. Events: To ensure the privacy and condition of our home, we do not permit events (Weddings, Proms) Pool: Our pool is maintained at a comfortable 80°F and is available from May 24 to September 30. Acknowledgment of Terms: By proceeding with payment, you accept the terms outlined in our rental agreement. Security Deposit Authorization: A link for credit card authorization will be sent to hold the security deposit two days before your stay ID Requirement: For verification purposes, a photo of a government-issued ID is required.
