Stay at the Serene Sunset Suite- Woodbridge,Irvine

Guests will be comfortable staying in a large private bedroom with an attached private bathroom that also has great space. In the room there is a queen Serta pillow top mattress, mid-century modern teak dresser, teak nightstands, large desk that makes a perfect work/study space, a 55” in smart TV with cable and a great walk-in-closet, among other furniture. There’s also two windows with great light, looking onto one of the homes patios with a great garden. The space Home is 1500 ft, one story, open living/dining area as you walk in, dual master layout (two large master size bedrooms with attached bathrooms), a large kitchen at the front of the house, 2 patios to hang out on at the front and back, indoor laundry, and a locked mailbox. Guest access Guests welcomed to all common areas- Living room, dining room, kitchen, patios. W/D available in house. Kitchen appliances/Kitchenware open to use with fridge/freezer and pantry space provided for guests. Keys to guest bedroom and front door are given upon arrival. Please return all keys at checkout. Woodbridge Association HOA pool cards available. $25 initially for card key. If lost/not returned at check out, guest liable to a $25 fee. During your stay I’m always available through Airbnb app via message. Or available around the house most days too. Other things to note TRASH PICK UP SCHEDULE >>Trash goes out Wednesday night, picked upThursday >> Please park elsewhere Weds night- Thurs day until trash is picked up. Please pull forward to leave room for trash cans in normal parking spot or park elsewhere on street. >> Don't move any trash cans to park/block trash cans from getting picked up, park where neighbors put their trash cans/anything else to cause issue PLEASE. Every neighbor has a designated spot to put out their trash, so we have to be mindful where we park and put the trash cans.
