Sebastian airport is world renowned for sky diving. The space This house is a fully licensed Florida Vacation rental, which means we are 100% compliant and up to date with all of Florida’s safety requirements for a rental. AT&T Internet 75 mps for multiple work from home users to zoom and stream. This house offers an open spacious floor plan. The kitchen, dining room, and great room are all open to eachother. It's easy to cook everything from scratch and entertain in this fully stocked kitchen, which features a convection oven. This house is filled with heirloom fine furnishings and the master bedroom features a new cool gel foam mattress and many home updates since the photos were taken. This house is a second home, not a rental property investment. Therefore, you will find it is fully stocked with several necessities versus an investment rental. It is truly a home away from home. Morning coffee by the pool while using the wifi to work or read the news is very relaxing. It is a very quiet neighborhood and the stars are quite visible at night. We enjoy sipping our wine poolside at night enjoying the stars and a swim. There is a pool alarm and plenty of pool toys. There is no lifeguard on duty. When you rent this property you and your guests agree to swim at your own risk. Children must be supervised in the pool area and their safety is your responsibility at all times. The propane gas grill is available for your use. Extra propane tanks for the grill are available in the garage space. There is room to park a boat on the driveway or on the side of the house. Our master bedroom and master bath are located on one side of the house (offering extra privacy) while the two guest bedrooms and a guest bathroom are located on the other side of the house (separated by the main living areas). The living room, dining room and master bedroom all have sliding glass doors leading to the enclosed pool area. REMOTE WORK AREAS: There are two dining tables in the main areas inside the house, one vanity desk with a chair in a guest bedroom, and sturdy wooden TV trays in the garage (to work in the master bedroom) if desired. There are extra high back comfy dining room chairs (include one in the master bedroom). Sometimes we also work poolside. Check out our fruit trees and pick what is ripe. We have cherries, passion fruit, avocados, bananas, mangos, and starfruit. Guest access All areas on the property are exclusively available to you except 2 of the 4 bedroom closets, which are used for our storage and most of the garage, which is also used for our personal storage. However, you have access to the garage to reset the breaker (if needed). Other things to note Guests agree to the following prior to booking: -$100 per pet fee with 2 pet maximum (pre-approval required). Pet fee is required to be paid before check-in information is provided and needs to be transferred through the Airbnb app under reservation details and clicking on the option "Send Money." Nondisclosure of pets will be considered a major house rule violation and will result in dismissal from the property and a negative review. - ALL pet excrement must be picked up. Otherwise, you will get a negative review. -Pets must be house broken, and not chew ANYTHING in the home or you will be charged for its replacement and receive a negative review. - No animals are allowed in the pool. If pet hair is found in the pool filter, you agree to $250 pool cleaning fee. - NO cats, rabbits, guinea pigs or ferrets allowed. -Violations of any rules may result in you being dismissed early from the property while forfeiting your deposit and forfeiting any refund for the unused days and a negative review. We are close with our neighbors and they will inform us.
