Beautiful Beach Lake House in Tiny, Ontario

Our beautiful home includes 4 bedrooms in addition to a full office, multiple living/game/media rooms, gym and even a bar area! There is direct beach access through a path that is accessible from the secluded garden and deck. The four full bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and two half-bathrooms give you lots of space to rest and relax. A massive wrap-around deck, with custom chef's kitchen and a natural gas Weber BBQ makes meal-times at the beach a breeze! A full wood bar will help you create the perfect drink and relax after a long day at the beach. The master bath even has a jetted tub overlooking the water with an additional skylight! Should you need to get some work done, there is gigabit WiFi and a full office with a 32" ultra-high resolution screen. We have connectors for a Mac (mini Display Port) and PC (HDMI and VGA). Don't forget your laptop, as a computer is not provided. Newly added gym has all you will need. Peloton Bike+ along with weights, bands and a bench to keep your workout routine or get you started on your health journey. There are always a few beach chairs and some small beach toys available for the use of little ones, but we do not have any kayaks or other water equipment. There is a public beach, Balm Beach, a short 5-7 min walk where various business rent a variety of water equipment. Also the waters in this area are relatively shallow and not idea for boats. The closest public marinas are in Midland and Penetanguishine (10-15 min drive from the property). Should you feel like taking a break from the beach, there are a ton of great board games available to play too! If high-tech is more your style, there is a media room in the basement with two couches, a flat-screen TV, AppleTV with Netflix, and a Bluetooth soundbar if you'd like to watch a movie or listen to music in the evening. The maximum number of people is 8. Guest access You will have full access to the entire lake house, with the exception of the garage. The driveway has parking for 4 vehicles. Other things to note Perfect for cyclists! There are lots of great routes to take as you cycle through the countryside and along the water. If you feel like cycling into town, historic Midland is only 10km away. Perfect for Golfers! There are a number of great golf courses for all ages and skill-levels within a 30-minute drive of the lake house.
