This comfy studio located in San Diego is the perfect spot for a quiet & cozy weekend retreat. Inside is bright & inviting with stylish spacious studio, private entrance from side gate, private patio with bbq & hanging hammocks; driveway parking spot & plenty of street parking! The view from the patio is very relaxing, making it the perfect weekend get away. Centrally located in a quiet & peaceful area within 5 minutes away from Plaza Las Americas & 10 minutes away from the CBX. The space The studio offers a cozy sleeping area with a queen size bed with high quality mattress, pillows and bedding. It also has a comfortable pull sleeper sofa. The studio includes Wi-Fi internet and Smart TV, kitchen equipped with stove, fridge, microwave and necessary utensils and cookware; and your own private bathroom with a shower, bath towels, hand towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper and hair dryer. Guest access The Guest Studio is completely private with a private entrance from side gate and you have full access to it. In addition, we like to check in through the Airbnb message to see if you need anything. We are very friendly & enjoy meeting our guests but only if it is mutually desired. Otherwise, we give you a complete privacy. Other things to note Please, notify us 30 minutes before your arrival and when you check out. There is no laundry on site. We do not allow pets in our home. We are in a quiet neighborhood, please maintain indoor voices after 10:30 PM during the week. No parties or events. We have a very quiet neighborhood and they will complain right away. Visitors are not allowed and extra guests from reservations; but accommodations for an extra guest can be made if reported. No smoking or drugs-NOT even medical marijuana in the house, but out in patio is allowed. Please wash the sand off your feet before entering into the house and do not bring sandy towels or toys into the house. The sand ruins pipes and scratches the floors. You may use the patio shower to wash the sand off. We offer gas to BBQ grill with $15 charge to fill de tank. please notify in advance (must bring your charcoal). You’ll have a private studio entrance, no access to main house. For everyone’s safety, I will provide you with address and access code a day before your arrival. COVID 19: -We bleach the towels and sheets in hot water. -We disinfect all surfaces with Clorox wipes before your arrival. -We carpet clean the rug between each stay. -We sweep and mop before your stay.
