The space This recently updated home has 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and off street parking. Both bedrooms have Queen sized beds. The main level of the house has a living room, dining room, full sized and well stocked kitchen and a full bathroom. The living room has a flat screen tv with Roku and a pull out couch. The dining room has a 6 chair table. The second level has two bedrooms and another full bathroom. The larger bedroom has a tv. The private backyard has a large patio and a six foot privacy fence which is perfect for entertaining or relaxing. The washer and dryer are accessible in the basement. This home provides off street parking with a very long driveway, and there is a double gate on the driveway that allows for a vehicle to be securely parked in the back section of the property. This home is legally permitted. Permit # NSD-STR-01752. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, front porch, back yard and patio, washer & dryer and driveway. Other things to note The house can comfortably accommodate 6-7 guests. The house has enough linens, towels, etc for 8 people. The TV has Roku. If your group is larger than 6, send me a message, there are other potential options including overflowing into other Airbnb homes I manage that are near by. Message me for more information. Please read the house rules. If a house rule is not followed you will be subject to a minimum charge of $150 per occurrence. Also, if the correct number of guests are not reflected in your reservation requests, you will owe the extra guest fees of $18 per person per night for each guest over two. You will also be subject to a minimum charge of $150 for stating an inaccurate number of guests in your reservation. The definition of a guest is any person who enters the home. Please note that this house is located in a high traffic area of town. It is close to a busy intersection. It can be noisy outside, especially on weekend nights.
