Whether you are looking to relax, connect with loved ones or have some fun- Gigi’s is the place for you! The home has a firepit, outdoor games, fishing equipment, grill and kayaks. Arrowhead Community offers many amenities: 4 beaches, 3 outdoor pools, several playgrounds, a gym and lodge. Mandatory fees imposed by Arrowhead Lake Community are found under "other details" The space The home sleeps 8 comfortably but can accommodate up to 10 guests. Included are 3 bedrooms, a kitchen with dining area, 2 bathrooms, living area, and a bonus room that connects to an outdoor deck. Additionally, there is a front wrap-around porch and a yard with a fire-pit area. BEDROOMS Main Bedroom: 1 King Bed Bedroom 2: Queen Bed, Full Bed Bedroom 3: 1 Double Bed KITCHEN Fully equipped with coffee maker, electric kettle, dishware, flatware, toaster, microwave, crock pot, blender, cooking and baking pans. Condiments and spices such as sugar/honey, salt, pepper, garlic, and olive oil are supplied. INDOOR LIVING 2 flat-screen, smart TVs, wood fireplace, 6-person dining table, board/card games, books, Wifi, Amazon Firestick Air conditioning unit on first floor. Portable AC unit for all bedrooms. OUTDOOR LIVING Gas grill, outdoor seating, fire pit, kayaks with paddles and PDFs, beach chairs, fishing poles, cornhole, ladder game and portable volley ball net. Out door television PARKING paved driveway (max 4 vehicles) ARROWHEAD LAKE AMENITIES Gated community, swimming pools, Arrowhead and North Arrowhead Lake access, beach access, playgrounds, boat rentals, tennis courts, clubhouse (library, computer room, pool tables, fitness center, events) Guest access Access to the entire house with the exception of a locked owner's closet and pantry closet. Other things to note VERY IMPORTANT PLEASE READ FULL DESCRIPTION regarding ARROWHEAD REGISTRATION AND FEES Arrowhead Lake Community Association (ALCA) charges fees for temporary memberships, gate cards and ALCA registration. Fees will be charged as followed. Temporary Badges for all Renters: Temporary Membership Fees: In-season: $8.50 per person (6 & up)/ per night Off-season: $2.00 per person (6 & up)/per night Vehicle Gate Cards: $20 per vehicle $20 administration fee You will receive an email form requesting guest and vehicle information. Additional monies will be requested through Airbnb for ALCA fees. NOTE: these charges are in addition to nightly fees, cleaning fee and Airbnb fees. This is a great community!
