East Hampton Fisherman’s Cottage with Secret Bath

This renovated standalone cottage is conveniently located just a few minutes from East Hampton Village and is walking distance to Three Mile Harbor. This light filled home features wood flooring throughout, inviting living room with vaulted ceiling, an updated kitchen, two bathrooms (one with a secret entrance!) and a side yard with a brick patio, outdoor shower and hammock. The space This two bedroom standalone cottage has been added on and renovated throughout the years, and is a special and unique home compared to the many over-the-top ones nearby. Bright and sunny with high ceilings, there is a bay window in the living room that lets in a lot of light. There are two full bathrooms, an outdoor shower and brick patio with bistro set. There are two bedrooms that sleep up to four comfortably, five potentially depending on the configuration. The rear bedroom features a queen bed, and front bedroom has a twin daybed that turns into a queen if pulled out. There is an additional sleeping loft with skylight in the front bedroom with a full bed for adults. The front bedroom has a brand new ensuite bathroom, accessible through a secret entrance. It also features great natural light through its skylight, a European style toilet, frameless shower with a rain-type shower head, as well as heated radiant floors and a towel warmer for those chillier days. The fully stocked kitchen features carrera marble countertops and has stainless steel appliances including an induction range/oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishwasher, etc. In addition to a ceiling fan in the living room, there are Mitsubishi ductless units in the bedrooms and in the living room for air conditioning and heating. All linens are provided, including beach towels. There is high speed and reliable wireless internet, and four Samsung Smart TVs with streaming services including Netflix, Hulu, Apple TV+, Amazon Prime Video, HBO Max, etc. There is also a DVD/Blu-Ray player available, but please note there is no cable TV service here.
