Natures paradise with central Boone access

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. Walk the Greenway trails at the end of this dead end street. Enjoy a stroll in the creekside park behind the home. App State & downtown are 5 mins away. You will have a private bedroom with queen bed. The full bathroom may be shared because I have one other bedroom on Airbnb. If it is not rented, it will be a private bathroom. Angel the indoor cat will be in the house, but is not allowed in the bedroom or bathroom. The space The bedroom has windows to the front and side yards, a queen bed, and two side chairs. There are hardwood floors throughout the house and no stairs. A coffee maker and a hot water kettle for tea are available in the kitchen. Guest access You may enter the front door of the house. The listing includes a private bedroom and a shared bathroom. The rest of the home is lived in. During your stay I will make sure you have what you need for your stay, and give you privacy to enjoy your time on the property. Please message me in the App if I'm not immediately available in person. Please know there are areas in the high country where internet/cell service is limited. Other things to note The room door can be locked and has a key. Boone is extremely safe. Since starting to host in 2017, there have not been any safety issues here.
