We recently installed a water filter system on the kitchen faucet so our guests can now enjoy filtered drinking water. Take your pick cooking outdoors with either of our gas or charcoal grills. Two bathrooms plus an outdoor shower that is great to rinse off after the beach, rinse out sand from bathing suits or just take a refreshing shower under the crisp blue skies or the night sky full of stars. Lookout Point Beach is across the street and has volleyball, playground, and large swim area. Tommy Bahama backpack beach chairs and beach toys for your use available in the garage. Canadian Lakes does not have public access to launch your private boat. Any boat must be registered and owned by the home owner in order to have a boat on Canadian Lakes. Guests may bring non motorized boats, such as canoes, kayaks and/or stand up paddle boards. We have 2 stand up paddle boards and 2 kayaks for guests to use. Canadian Lakes has a no wake rule before 10 am and after 6 pm, and no wake on Thursdays. Perfect for those who want to take a leisurely stroll on the lake.
