DOWNTOWN LIVING! Experience our quaint home a very short walking distance from everything downtown Las Cruces has to offer. This home was built in the early 1900s and provides you with a large front covered porch sitting area, comforting vegetation inside and out. Within the home you will find a lovely living area, full kitchen, and half bath downstairs. ALL BEDROOMS are located upstairs. Parking for two vehicles in the front of the home. TV comes equipped with Netflix, Disney+, and fast WIFI The space This home is an old lady :) It was built in 1938, first floor was built with Adobe. Please be delicate with her original wooden floors upstairs, lighting fixtures, doors, stairs and closets. Updated floors in the lower level. Full kitchen with stove, fridge, small dishwasher, pots, plates, keurig and microwave. Please remember ALL bedrooms are upstairs. The stairs may be a little on the steep side for those with knee, hip or balance issues. If you are looking for something different this little casita is full of charm and character. Our casita is two minute walking distance from district court, downtown farmers market, and city hall. Downtown restaurants, brewery, bookstore, museum, spa, yoga and coffee are a short walk as well. Old mesilla is 3.3 miles away. White sands national park is 52 miles away. NMSU is 3 miles away. Please checkout my guidebook for more local recommendations. Other things to note The house was built in 1938 and all the floors upstairs and stairs are the original wood floors which we ask you to treat with patience and care. It may not be suitable for young children. The stairs may be a little on the steep side for those with knee, hip or balance issues.
