This home was built in the early 1900s and provides you with a large front covered porch sitting area, comforting vegetation inside and out. Within the home you will find a lovely living area, full kitchen, and half bath downstairs. ALL BEDROOMS are located upstairs. Parking for two vehicles in the front of the home. TV comes equipped with Netflix, Disney+, and fast WIFI The space This home is an old lady :) It was built in 1938, first floor was built with Adobe. Please be delicate with her original wooden floors upstairs, lighting fixtures, doors, stairs and closets. Updated floors in the lower level. Full kitchen with stove, fridge, small dishwasher, pots, plates, keurig and microwave. Please remember ALL bedrooms are upstairs. The stairs may be a little on the steep side for those with knee, hip or balance issues. If you are looking for something different this little casita is full of charm and character. Our casita is two minute walking distance from district court, downtown farmers market, and city hall. Downtown restaurants, brewery, bookstore, museum, spa, yoga and coffee are a short walk as well.
