The Williamsburg Apartment debuted in 2017 and we have since hosted hundreds of happy travelers! We provide our guests with comfortable, convenient and flexible stays in a bustling neighborhood. North Williamsburg is home to 100s of cafes, shops, gyms, bars and restaurants. It is also home to many beautiful parks and breathtaking cityscape views are only a few blocks away! Have found your home away from home? The space This listing is for a private room, in a shared apartment. This room is on the 3rd floor of a 3 story townhouse. We are located just a few feet from the Bedford L Train Station. Our townhouse boasts modern features like keypad locks and RING for safety and to help you quickly ease into your stay. This room comes fully furnished with: full-size bed, bed frame, desk, fan and clothing storage which includes: hanging racks & shelving. An AC is installed for the warmer months. You would share the bathroom, kitchen and dining area with two other travelers like yourself. Guests are often millennial aged freelancers, students, or professionals that are visiting for a bit or looking for a segway back into New York life. They often work hybrid from home and in-office. All guests are screened. All guests agree to our Community Standards & House Rules which include but are not limited to communal cleaning efforts, quiet hours and no parties or unannounced guests. -LGBTQ Friendly - Guest access Guest have access to the common areas which include the kitchen, dining area, and bathroom. They will share the common areas with two others. Other things to note LGBTQ Friendly - Scenic views located a few blocks away on the waterfront parks. | Cleaning | We pride ourselves on cleanliness at WBA. As Airbnb policy states, the cleaning fee covered at check-out ensures that you arrive at a clean space to call home. While you may see your host tidy or replace paper goods throughout your stay; it is not their responsibility to offer any additional cleaning. After check-in, it is the guests responsibility to clean up after themselves and maintain the common areas which include the kitchen, dining area, bathroom, and both the trash & recycling. Cleaning supplies and trash bags of all types are provided. Composting units are available upon request. Each confirmed guest will receive a copy of our cleaning checklist. Guests are encouraged to collaborate with each other to create and maintain a cleaning schedule. Each guest must be prepared to be responsible for cleaning the common areas every 3 weeks, (rotating between 3 roommates). Each guest must document and offer evidence of their contribution to the cleaning efforts via Airbnb or text. If any guest is unable to physically or otherwise to complete a cleaning; a cleaning can be scheduled at a fee. Failure to clean will incur a $150 cleaning fee from your security deposit. If a guest is found to repeatedly untidy, another fee and/or cancellation may incur. Each guest will receive an agreement to sign that will lay out our Community Standards and House Rules.
