You and your entire group will love this beautiful house! Wake up to the gorgeous Rocky Mountains right outside your front door! It’s perfectly located, 5 minutes away from Walmart and the freeway, 4 minutes from the gorgeous Payson Temple. It’s also a 4 minute drive from Spring Lake! Enjoy the backyard while the kids play on the playground or stay inside and have a movie night! Whether it’s just you, or the whole family, you’ll love staying at this perfectly located home! The space You will have access to the two car garage with a 220 volt outlet for electric car charging, and the first and second floors of the home. (Please see end of this information for details about winter parking December 1-March 1). The basement unit has a door that connects it to the top two floors but it is locked from both sides. there may be guests staying down there during your stay. First floor has a beautiful kitchen with quartz countertops and a handmade barn style kitchen table. Half bathroom is next to the mud room as you walk in through the garage. It also has two living rooms, one with a comfortable L shaped couch and the second living room has a mini grand piano that you can feel free to play. Second floor has another living room/loft that has a 70” smart TV with Disney+ and toys for the kids if you have any. You will love the the master bedroom with its king size tempurpedic mattress that is extremely comfortable! It also has a TV and a big walk in closet and rain style shower head. Down the hall you will find the laundry room and third bathroom and the two guest rooms. The first guest bedroom also has a very comfortable king size bed and the second has two twin beds. The backyard is yours to use, it is fully fenced with a 6 foot vinyl privacy fence and has enough space for you to do a variety of activities. Whether it’s to grill out some chicken or steaks or to have the kids run around while you relax in the sun. Parking during winter December 1 - March 1: Payson City does not allow people to park their cars overnight on the side of the street during these winter months. Because of this the basement unit has a reserved parking spot on the right hand side of the driveway. You will have access to the garage parking on the left-hand side as well as the left-hand side of the driveway. Please do not park your car on the right hand side of the garage or on the right hand side of the driveway. Other things to note Please use the garage or the driveway to park cars. If you have any additional cars please park them across the street on the side of the road. (Unless it is winter, then do not park any vehicles on the road overnight) In addition if you have an electric vehicle I have a 220 volt nema 14-50 plug wired into the garage for electric vehicle charging! Just bring your adapter and charging cord and feel free to plug it in.
