Newly renovated, tastefully decorated, warm and inviting 3 Bed Rooms 2 bath Cabin. The indoor living areas are very comfortable and there are windows everywhere so you can see the forest from anywhere in the house! Great views from every direction. Fireplace in and out, cozy seating areas in yard & 2 large furnished patios . RARE and unique property with the National Forest and hiking trails as the back yard! View the wild life, The nature and Listen to the sound.... Of SILENCE! The space WE ARE PET FRIENDLY! Pets are welcome with prior approval. A $50.00 Pet fee (listed as resort fee) will be charged for each pet. Patios have gates, and property has fencing all the way around. Usually adequate to contain most pets, however fencing is not so high or heavy duty for containing some pets. Guest access Cabin In The Woods Is our second home and we are happy to share it with you, Please treat it with respect :) The cabin has central heat & 3 A/C units. It is supplied with towels, linens, trash bags, complete kitchen - pots, pans, dishes, utensils, spices and misc. supplies. Firewood and extra space heaters also supplied. Nature, Games, Internet, Roku TV, X-Box and Silence. 2 Queen Bedrooms, 2 twin beds in another room and a very comfy couch for 1 person. Sleeps 7 Other things to note Regular Minimum stay 2 Nights. Holiday Minimum stay 3 Nights. $120 Cleaning Fee. $250 Security Deposit. Security deposit will refunded within 1 week of check out upon inspection and no damage has occurred. Airbnb does not always add in these expenses properly. You will be sent an additional request for payment if it did not calculate properly. Thank you Before Departing, PLEASE :) * Put ALL trash in PLASTIC BAGS and place it in the GREEN pail located by the gate. PLEASE place a rock on top - So Animals wont excesses it! - NO Un-bagged garbage PLEASE! WEDNESDAY Is our Garbage service day. * Place ALL USED sheets and towels inside the bathtub. * Wash dishes in sink and leave in dish rack to dry. * Make sure that the B.B.Q and Firplace are CLEAN when you leave *** Unclean B.B.Q will cause a deduction $50.00 of your deposit * Remove any opened food items from the refrigerator and pantry. * Turn off ALL lights, ceiling fans or other electronics. * In winter, turn heat down to 60º. In summer turn off A/C units and ALL fans. * Lock the doors, insert security poles in sliding doors, close and lock the windows. * Leave the keys inside the lockbox. * Please depart by 11 am so we can prepare the house for our next set of guests. * Have a safe drive back home :)
