On the second level you will find a well-equipped kitchen featuring modern appliances, ample storage, and a convenient layout. This spacious property comfortably sleeps 11 guests. The home features 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with each bedroom offering its own sink and toilet. Bedrooms 4 and 5 share a shower, as do bedrooms 2 and 3, ensuring convenience and privacy. On a warm afternoon step outside onto the scenic patio, grill up a delicious meal and enjoy the views that Central Oregon has to offer. Or at the end of an adventurous day, cozy up and stargaze under the open sky. Additional amenities include a cozy fireplace for colder months, ample storage throughout the home, and convenient parking options with a spacious driveway. Situated in a sought-after community, this home provides the perfect blend of tranquility and recreation. Enjoy all the perks that Black Butte Ranch has to offer, along with essential amenities and outdoor activities. There is a split level/ductless system unit on the second floor. There is not AC throughout the entire home only on the second floor. Please note, Black Butte Ranch stays will be charged a % fee based on your total reservation. This will be paid upon booking your reservation, not onsite. This fee provides access to the community and its amenities, as well as helping to maintain the pools, bike paths, and other recreational activities. When you arrive at Black Butte, please visit the welcome center to get your gate access code. We strive to accommodate early check-in or late checkout requests whenever possible. Extended access comes with an additional fee of $50, which assists in covering the expenses related to adjusting our housekeeping schedules for special requests.
