Kings Hill Ranch Off Grid A Frame Tiny House

Secluded Off Grid A Frame tiny home on a 300-acre ranch nestled deep in the forest. This unique property has an organic 30-acre walnut orchard, thriving off rainfall and an aquifer. We implement multi species grazing and have an array of animals that free range the property during the day including goats, sheep, horses, chickens, peacocks, pigs & alpacas. You have the choice to tour the farm or you can choose to have complete seclusion and privacy. The main ranch house is 1/2 mile away. The space The house itself is TINY! It is 80 square feet, but with the option to open the side wall to the deck, it feels spacious. UPDATE** we added a deck extension in 2022. Photos show old & new layout. The outhouse is about 10 feet from the house and the sink & outdoor shower/tub is about 50 feet from the house. The side wall of tiny house can be opened and closed with a remote controlled winch. During summer and fall a bug net for the bed is provided. We offer a camp stove, all cooking & eating utensils, coffee press, tea kettle, cutting board, chef knife, pasta strainer, mixing bowl & small Yeti cooler. Please bring your own small bottles of 1lb camp propane. There is a 1.5 mile stretch of dirt road leading to the tiny house. There are a few dips, bumps and rocks but any vehicle can make it up. 4WD is not necessary unless the roads are muddy from rain. Guest access Guests are able to explore the entire property.
