Private, safe, clean home in a gated community offers a home away from home experience. No beds in bedrooms and no TV! Fully stocked kitchen. 35 minute drive to Joshua Tree National Park. 15 minute drive to downtown Palm Springs. The space If you are looking for a home away from home, this is the place for you. Come in, kick off your shoes, and make yourself comfortable. All that I ask is for you to leave my home (primary residence) in as good of condition that I am sharing it in. Guest access Guests will have access to 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room, in home laundry, and backyard with private pool and jacuzzi. POOL IS NOT HEATED and jacuzzi is available by request. Please contact me for jacuzzi heating instructions upon arrival. Guests will not have access to garage. Driveway and street parking only (both uncovered). Other things to note Santa Ana winds are kicking up again. This could absolutely ruin a weekend by the pool. Please consider a flexible cancelation option and keep an eye on weather forecasts as your reservation approaches. Winds can be predicted up to a week in advance. HOA quiet hours are between 10 pm and 6 am. No parties allowed at the residence. I have a ZERO TOLERANCE drug policy. If you are in violation of these rules, host reserves the right to cancel reservation without refund. Alcohol is okay, if over age 21. Private pool and jacuzzi in backyard. POOL IS NOT HEATED. Jacuzzi heating is included in your daily rate and takes up to one hour to heat. Please contact me for instructions upon arrival. I will CONSIDER pets. I understand the importance of having your fur babies along on a trip but we must be mindful of potential allergy issues and other guests. Approved pets must remain outside. Indoor access must be agreed upon by me upon inquiry. There is a large dog run area with a locking gate in the back yard. Back yard is completely surrounded by a 6' cinder block wall. Any pet waste or damages will be your responsibility. If your pet tends to bark all night, please consider another accommodation. This HOA fines homeowners for dogs barking overnight (breaks quiet hours regulation). Please send an inquiry prior to requesting to book if you are planning on bringing a pet. I provide complimentary amenities for my guests to use during their stay (shampoo, conditioner, body soaps, lotions, etc). Please leave provided products for future guests to enjoy. I cannot stress this point enough, THIS IS AN OWNER-OCCUPIED RESIDENCE. I make every attempt to keep everything in good repair and ensure that the home is professionally cleaned prior to every single guest check-in. If you are expecting a 5 star resort experience, PLEASE DO NOT REQUEST TO BOOK! I will not give you a refund because the pillows aren't similar to yours or the pool water isn't emptied and refilled in between guests (Yes, these are actual complaints).
